My therapy is client - centered with an emphasis on psycho/social development, cognitive and behavioral change; enhancing self- management and problem-solving skills; increasing feeling awareness and understanding oneself in a family. My therapy focus is to optimize strengths; provide a safe environment to improve weak areas; and provide levels of happiness.
I have seven years experience in the mental heath field. I enjoy assisting youth and families gain insight to their emotions and behavioral patterns. My focus is centered on helping people with depression, anxiety, developmental transitions, divorce, grief, behavioral issues, mood swings and family issues.
